Hi! So I've been working with several agents through the US who work with Peruvian agents-the ball gets dropped on the Peruvian side, for 3 months now. I am American-Peruvian myself but the speed at which things move are driving me nuts. I know spanish, that isnt' the problem, it is a speed/priority/service thing. I have a commercial shipment to move and need someone who offers the customer service you might find in the US to import commercial shipments (air/ocean) I know I know..why am I asking for this if I want to live and do business in Peru? Believe me, there are things I don't like about the US too. I still love them both! Thanks!
