· Wendys, Pizza Hut, Shakeys, Hap Chan, North Park, & a myriad of other low to high end restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance
· Less than 5 minutes to Rockwell Mall, Greenbelt, Glorietta, SM Shoemart, & the entertainment district
· Tons of cabs/taxis right outside the building
Rates: *NO Minimum required stay*
TERM RATE/DAY
Per Day $55 = P2,443/day
1-Week $50 = P2,221.50/day
2-Weeks $45 = P1,999/day
3-Weeks $40 = P1,777/day
1-3 Months $33.33 = P1,481/day

*US$1= Php 44.42 (Rates vary depending on exchange rate)
*Special rates for longer terms
*Rates are INCLUSIVE of utilities (electricity, water, cable, phone, & unlimited high-speed internet)
*A US$100 or 20% of total amount (whichever is higher) security deposit must be settled to reserve the unit prior to arrival. The full payment is due upon check-in & turn-over of keys.
*Weekly & monthly rates include maid/clean-up service once a week(additional service at $10 per visit)
*For car & driver rental services are available.
