hi, my name is zac, im 19 and currently a serving soilder in the british army. Im seriously thinking of buying property in the phillipines but first i have a few questions and would be gratefull if someone could help me. Firstly,

1. How big is the expat community?

2. Would it be hard to find work for a qualified psychatrist?

3. How much do you think the prices of property will go up in the next five years?
