Need a US Bank ASAP

I am moving with my family to the PI in 2 days!! And I am having a very difficult time finding an international bank that has branches both in my city and in Metro Manila. Since I will be paid by an American company, i'd like to have access to a branch in both countries. THere is no Wells Fargo, no Chase in Manila. I think there might be a citibank, but there are no citibank branches in Boulder, CO. Anyone want to offer a bank they can access in both countries?
