A new twist on my previous question

As my wife and I were researching moving back to her homeland, we came across something we had not been aware of in our 34 months of marriage.
It is called a Report of Marriage Contracted Abroad.
How we missed that is simple. We were covered up in paperwork for her 10-year green card, biometrics, etc.
So, we found the forms, filled them out, had our pictures made (four each) and sent them with a $25 money order to the Philippine Embassy in D.C.
The paperwork said it would be a five-day turnaround. We called after two weeks and the lady said a 10-day turnaround. We are patient.
Finally my question.
With the Report of Marriage Contracted Abroad received from the embassy in our possession, upon arrival at the airport in Manila, will my stay be extended beyond the 21 days stamped on my passport on our last visit?
This would be without a change in her passport which is still in her maiden name.
I know this is a long post, but I do not know how to put it in more simple terms.
Our thoughts are that with that document we can extend my stay and have her passport renewed in the Phils.
Thanks for any and all replies.
