Hunting Down a JOB

Good Day to every one
My name is Bruce Vaughn. I am from Texas, but working in the Iraq and ready to leave this place.
And i am looking to move to the Philippines with my bride tobe in about 1 year. I would liketo live and work in Cebu, or tell me where might be a better than Cebu to find a jobs for Expats like me. I have been a QA/QC Supervise and Inspector for 4 years now with different contracts abroad. Is there any help for me. This means alot to me and my wife tobe.
