Young family moving to Manila

Looking for advise. We are a young family considering a move to Manila as my husband has been offered an assingment there for 2 years. We have a little girl aged 3 yrs and I am worried about settling in with such a young family. Will there be pre-schools for my daughter to avail of and are there social clubs we can join as a family to try and settle in. Are there any other familys who can give us advise on how they settled in and useful tips.
