where do you hire a maid cook etc that you can trust

I have sold my house, and most belongings, and have figured out, thanks to your help, how to get my dog there. Now I will be moving sooner and plan to go to Makati as I have found a very nice Condo there. My next question is I would like to have Live in household help. Any suggestions on where to find reliable, dependable and honest help? Salary is not a problem I just want good reliable people. Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.....
