We are a foreign family living in Manila but will be staying in our second home while our son is on summer vacation. So we are letting our condo in the prestigious Fort Bonifacio Global City for short term lease.
Minimum lease would be 2 weeks up to 3 months during the dates of 27 June - 26 Aug 2010, as we prefer to move back into the condo when our son returns to school at the nearby International School, but we are flexible due to our special circumstances of owning 2 houses in Manila. This would be ideal for incoming families with students registering for the new school year and needing temporary accommodation until they find a permanent lease.
This is an upscale 3 bedroom 130 sqm unit specially catered to international needs that are hard to find in condos in Manila... such as running hot water in the kitchen faucet (oh yes, most condos here don't find hot water in the kitchen necessary!) and an automatic dishwashing machine (so hard to find in condo's here).
