Ministerial Visas?

Hi I am a Canadian and run a christian ministry (Comec Ministries International). As I have previously mentioned I am looking to move over an marry my fionsei a pina there in Cristo Rey Capas Tarlac. Does anyone know whether it is possible to get a ministerial visa in Philipines? I know in other countries that I have been in you can get them for a year. I hear that philippines being a religious country is fairly receptive to those doing christian and charity work there. Can anyone give advice please
