Moving to Philippines HELP!

Hi guys, I am new to this site. I am planning on moving to the province of Narvacan in the next couple of years. I have tried to research the cost of living for myself and my Filipina wife and its all over the board. Can you give me some kind of idea in USD how much I need to be looking at for Rent, cable, utilities, food, etc. etc. I appreciate any information you can give. I dont' want to live like a caveman but I don't have to live like Donald Trump either. As long as I can get sports on the internet and a cold beer, I am usually a pretty happy guy! Thanks for your help ! Dutch.
