happy new year message

May this coming year be more prosperous to all of you! May all of you have better health, better financial conditions and better lifestyle in the Philippines.

To those who are still in the planning stages, may you find the right group of people to deal with who are trustworthy and find the right place to relocate. Do not allow Filipinos to victimize you of their evil schemes. It is sad, but true that there are Filipinos who are out there to get your dollars. Learn to be cautious, do your due diligence on every investment that you are being offered to, protect your assets, your money, your passport. Have a photocopy of your passport and keep it at a safe place.

Please make sure that you all advise the US Embassy or whichever applies to you that you are here so that in the event of disaster or emergency, you can rely on them to contact you and take care of you. Find out the number to call in case of emergencies.

This should apply too when you go to another country outside the Philippines, it wouldn't hurt to inform the US Embassy of your presence so that in case of emergency, you can access them immediately.

US is posting a lot of rules and restrictions to trace Americans all over the world, but it is not wise to hide from the IRS. BUt you should start making smart moves about your money that is still in the US. 2013 is coming up very fast and there are rules that will be soon be imposed.

Be smart.Plan well. Live well.

Have a fabulous New Year 2012~~!
