Need help on trustworthy realtors in Makati!

My family and I are going to Makati next week on a house hunting trip and getting the children enrolled at the International School in Manila. We are given a decent monthly budget on the housing allowance but the company only deals with one particular real estate company. I was told that usually realtors in Manila do not share their listings like in the US. I really do not want to put my hope on one broker.

I would appreciate recommendations on some real estate agents who have experienced helping expats finding rental homes in the villages in Makati.
