Yes most banks here will take a direct deposit from the VA there are several you use bank of the Philippines,Metro Bank and BDO/Bank of De Oreo they are the main three internation banks to draw your Dollar out of any of these banks you have to the bank to draw your dollar then go to a money exchange they are all over just have check the rates w/them as some have different rates. Do not change money at the bank as the exchange is any where from 25 to 30p lower then a money exchange.
