Having been here for 8 years, still only a short time I know. But I have spent 1.5 years in Moalboal a great beach provincial area in Cebu, great place, great people, relaxed and chilled out. I then had to make a living so relocated to Cebu City. I have never looked back since moving to Cebu, Sorry all you Manila people, but I can jump on a plane every now and then to see, the smog as I call it, great restaurants, great shopping but ! Not Cebu City. Just a preference but My Preference! I would recommend Cebu to all, and would gladly give any new people here the quick tour around to see what's what.
