stalking from and ex in the philipines

me and my current fiance have been stalked harassed (this does not exclude my family and friends both in the states and in the philippines) to the point i do not know if i can ever return to the philippines.... safety and security are a big concern to me and protecting my loved ones from a psycho head case like my ex she has already threatened the life of my current fiance.....

on what i should do if i need to travel back to the Philippines for any reason
