Pinoy citizen, American Permanent Resident

My problem is a tough one. I am a Filipino citizen, I moved here to the US when I was eight years old. All my siblings were born either abroad on US base or here in the States, except me. My mother became naturalized when I was 16, which should have meant that I became a citizen, being a minor. But I elected to not be included in her naturalization process. I told her and the rest of my family I will choose when I become 18 years old, to naturalize or stay pinoy with permanent resident status in USA.
Fast forward 20 years. I want to move back. I cannot forget my family in the Philippines, I lived half my life here, now time to live the other half there.
I have family ties almost everywhere. I understand Tagalog but can't speak it well. I have a lot of education from here in the US. I have a bachelors degree in Computer Science but have enough English classes to claim as a major as well, plus one year of grad school in Information Systems. My Lola is already in her upper 80's. I want to see her. She raised me when I was little and I have not even visited in all these years. My question for expats from US, is it hard to find employment? Does my education help? Are there any other Pinoys like me who have come back to the Philippines after so many years (almost their whole life) abroad?
What is the best sector of employment for Native English speakers with at least a bachelors degree, teaching English?
What is an absolute minimum income to have in Makati, to live similar to a US lifestyle?

Yes, I do have a gf there. She visited me in the US and completely hated it here, or rather, felt uncomfortable anywhere we went.
