This is for any military retirees i have seen many posts about transferring money to themselves. This is not for everyone but you should look into joining Navy Federal Credit Union they have there own Western Union and they can transfer your money to you in the Philippines for one low flat rate of $14.50 it does not matter if you send 100 to 3000 price is a flat fee. Western union my retiree pay a lot cheaper than bank to bank transfer. I AM NOT PROMOTING THIS BANK JUST GIVING INFO.
