Help on visas/work

Hi, I'm 25 and went out to work in Phippines last year and met and amazing girlfriend we have been going strong for a good 8months I've been back and met all of her family. I'm due to be back in September and now the distance is getting tough and we want to be together. She really wants to come London but plane ticket is expensive and costs for living in London. So I'm thinking of relocating for 1-2 years. How easy is it? As I've researched into the work permit and AEP. Is it possible if I can get a 6month tourist visa and look for work and then leave the country if I find a job then start the process again? My expertise is in underwriting and technical insurance so with the BPOs hopefully it won't be too difficult. Any advise welcome. Thanks Alex
