Earth bag construction

Has anyone seen a building here made of earth bag construction, or know someone building here using this technique? A guy was telling me about it the other day. Here is an article on it. YouTube is has many videos about it, I read where a building of this type was the only one standing in a Pakistani village after an earthquake. It meets California building standards too.
