Bribes, payoffs.

Planning to visit there in 2016. Some have told me horror-stories about going through customs. The agents placing bullets in your luggage or worse. Then expecting pay-offs, because of it. Have read a few articles online too. I plan to fly into Cebu, somewhat concerned at this point. Since it is known for bribes over there. Thanks in advance.
