Area/ school/ long term rental

Hi, we are looking to move over in March 2016. We have two children 9 & 7, we are from UK but have lived in Spain for the past 14 months and children are doing really well with their now second language!

I have been looking into Subic Bay Area and Imus... I've looked into schools and read what feels like a thousand forums on different areas, Can someone give me some advice or even recommend an agency I can speak with with regards to helping us come over and organise some viewings for rentals and organizing looking round schools?
