Was at St Luke's clinic...

Hello guys, I was at St Luke's clinic yesterday with my wife getting her visa physical exam. I can'tell remember the street but, when we were in the taxi heading towards the SLEX I saw a group of white gents sitting at tables for an afternoon chat, I guess. Anyway, I just thought of some of you and wondered if any of you were there. If we had been in a rental I might have stopped. But, you know, in my experience most foreigners I meet here will not even respond to my greetings. Maybe it is because of the street moochers that make many people be that way???
