Selling Online Services--Is that considered working in the Philippines?

I have a company registered in Australia and Canada involved with services over the internet. It could have clients whom live in the Philippines (but all expats) and no money paid into the Philippines.
If I was living in the Philippines would that be considered as "employment" under Philippines law if I had semi retired to the Philippines?
