I have been reading pfb for some time now some very valid and interesting blogs on the REAL philippines, the rest are people complaining about late deliveries poor workmanship etc etc etc. One guy been he 4 years and only just realized that the word sorry is not sincere or even said. Delivery and installation of a kitchen sink, promised for 9am arrived 3pm. He booked time off work especially. 4 years In this country and has not realised they are always late. Surely some of these people must realise this is not USA, UK or anywhere else in the West. This is the PHILIPPINES they do things their way not your way. If you can't understand or accept it as annoying and frustrating as it can be, then your life here is not going to be a happy one. I have given up expecting any after sales service, punctuality etc. As my wife says just go with the flow. And that's bloody difficult
