Marriage In the US

I've had a filipina girl friend for over 14 year. She is coming to live with me next week in the U.S. Im curious can she get divorce here from her ex husband ? Does she need to get a divorce or can she just marry me here? We dont care about what is acceptable in her country, just as long as i can get her here permanently. Her husband couldnt care less. I support them all $$ ( yes him too). Will the U.S. Require that she be divorced before marrying me??
