I'm moving to Tagaytay in October. Of course in light of the dreadful acts of ISIS to the south all my loved ones are ringing the phone off the hook pleading for me not to move. I'm not a wide eyed dope thinking I'm moving to Nirvana but where should ISIS be on my list of concerns. Thank you.
