Tagaytay???

First, thank you everyone for the replies, input on the questions I put out there yesterday. However I got ZERO replies on the one I desperately concerned with. HOUSING in the region 20-30 minutes around Tagaytay. I have inquired on other sites -- zero. I have e-mailed Realtors in search of a 2-Bdr, furnished, Sat. TV/Internet, Pool access (community or otherwise) LONG TERM and they just send me these resorts for a Million $$$ a DAY. I'm just curious for a ballpark on what to budget. I remain clueless. One guy may have made the most sense. "Get here and then Boots on the ground." If anyone has any input I'm grateful.
