What did you worry about?

Hi Guys!

I am moving in to the Philippines from New York in a couple of weeks. Is there anything that I should be worrying about? I think that I already got the basics handled (visa, where i am going to stay - either Makati or Ortigas), but I am unsure if there is anything before entering the country. Is there anything that caught you off-guard?
