I know the fact that applying annulment here in the Philippines takes time, can spend a lot of money and need patience to wait.
I got Married in Europe and we apply our divorce also in Europe and was granted after 6 months and its already almost 2 years now since its been granted.
Of course I am registered here in the Philippines as married to expat, my question is whats the process of applying for singleness, i got a lot of hell say they say that I still need to apply like I will apply for annulment and the process will be the same?? oh my what a hassle i thought Im free and maybe eventually want to marry some one again in the future.
Any one please advise me who ever knows about the law of Filipina being divorce abroad and wanted to apply for singleness here in the Philippines
