Moving to Boracay

Hi! We are a family of 5 (with 3 kids), currently living in Hong Kong. We are thinking of moving to Philippines particularly to Boracay. Does anyone have experience of moving there with kids? Some advice? As I understand, we can apply for special visa only, like investment one (if we buy a restaurant/cafe for example). Is it possible to get such a visa? Or is it quite complicated? Non of us is Filipino.
