house and lot in Rizal province

Hi all,
In America now but, starting to get ready for life in the Philippines sometime in the next couple of years. (or sooner) Filipina wife and I are starting to talk about buying (cash) a house and lot in Rizal province. (Taytay, Antipolo, and surrounding areas) Wife will do the initial contact so skin tax will not be a issue. Nothing very fancy, and wife may want to do a little food business there. Both of us like a smaller city lifestyle. I have read "rights only", what's this? Anybody here live in Rizal? Any info/advise is very much appreciated, thanks.
