I'm curious what will happen to a famous person when caught with drugs?? A KILO??? that's not a user but a dealer...lets see if equal justice in the Philippines???
Actor Mark Anthony Fernandez tested positive for using marijuana but not for shabu, a GMA News report said.
Fernandez underwent a drug test after he was arrested in Angeles City, Pampanga on Monday when a kilo of marijuana was found on him at police checkpoint.
