I have been living here for two years and miss the seasons and all they bring; being originally from Maine that is a lot, lol. Therefore I am beginning the process to return with my Filipina wife. First up is obtaining a cr1 visa. Would appreciate any advice on that arduous journey!! I especially need to know how many years of tax forms I need for affidavit of support (and where to get a current copy of affidavit) among other questions.
The house rents for 26,300 plus all the normal utilities on a one year lease. It is a three story duplex in a gated, guarded small and established compound in Banawa just 4 minutes walk from a small but adequate mall as well as wet and dry markets, banks etc. and ten minute walk to Capitol area. There are four large bedrooms with own shower/bath, huge kitchen, outdoor dirty kitchen, maid's quarters with bathroom, laundry area and a wonderful veranda over looking the food hills of Cebu. It is basically fully furnished. I purchased tv, DVD player, microwave, water cooler, washing machine, small tables and other small items that I will either take or sell cheap, no big deal either way.
I am just putting it out there for the general community in case anyone is looking.
