Planning From Scratch

Hello, I am looking for some recommendations and ideas. I plan to spend 6 months or more in the Philippines to wind down from a busy life here in Australia, I have just recently paid off my mortgage and have a tenant for the next 6 months. I have about $10k in the bank and an income of around $300 per week from the house.

I'm not yet 50 and am single. Fast internet is a priority and a comfortable dwelling with air con is also important. I like to cook so a good kitchen is also needed.

Any feedback is appreciated.
