visa, passport, citizen stuff

Long time follower of this forum here. We are starting initial planning to relocate long term, to Rizal province, just outside of the Manila area.
My question is regarding which passports are best to enter there, under our circumstances.
Wife and child could be dual citizenship if beneficial.
I am American, wife is a (filipina) naturalized American, 4yo daughter is born American.
Wife wants to do some kind of small business there.
Daughter will go to priva&te school then college.
I'm retired.
All of us will make trips outside the Philippines to visit USA and other places.
Always easier to learn from others here.
