canadian Old Age Security pension, And Canada pension Plan taxes

I plan to retire in Philippines in November, but my pension will be only about $1800 a month. Will i be able to continually collect the full amount? If not, do I need to return to Canada at least every 6 months, then i can return immediatly to the Philippines? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
