Just discovered Roxas city in the Internet....wow....would like to retire there....and then I realized that this an area where the tyfoon Yolanda hit and caused disaster in 2013. Now my question is how does this affect the people living in Rochas today, how does this affect foreigners wanting to live in this beautiful area? To me it's a real problem. What are your thoughts, do people just think "it happened once and it won't happen again" ...or what. Would you yourselves have second thoughts about settling down is this area? Could you protect yourself from a new typhoon in any way. Could you build a typhoon secure house? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
