USA, UK, Canada have all issued warning GS to foreigners traveling through central Visayas, Cebu and Bohol. Terrorist groups are planning to kidnap foreigners.
Restaurants sporting events any large gatherings are being g targeted. They say to be on high alert for personal safety.
I hope and pray nothing happens, both areas are very popular with foreigners.
