Looking for a house to rent subic bay

Hi we are planning on moving to subic bay in Aug or September .
Does anyone know any real estate agent to contact?

We have tired doing online and not much response...
We are looking for area next to Brent international school.
BTW, heard this school is pretty pricey, is it worth it? Any other alternatives?

Our son is 13
Heard that binictican or kalayaan area is pretty good. We have 2 dogs as well. So thinking budget $30,000 -40,000 pesos per month.
