Shipping to USA from Philippines

I think I will have to go back to the US for a hip replacement and once there I think it will be very difficult to make me want to come back to the 4th world again. While I have a good woman in my life; it isn't enough for me to life a life of frustration with things that should be simple and easy to overcome.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of companies and/or has experience returning belongings to the US? Of course I would not be taking appliances or furniture, What I would be moving would all fit in maybe 2 ~ 5 Balikbayan size boxes and possibly the original box for a 50" TV.

I have contacted Manila Forwarders y e-mail, but just today, so of course I have no reply yet, so I'm looking for other options.
