Webshop in the Philippines

Hi, does anyone know about running an existing webshop in Europe, then move to the Philippines, settle down permanently in the Phils and deliver products from the original European country to buyers in Europe, still having the stocks in the European country: Where do I pay tax? If the answer is Philippines, how much tax? One more question: Would it be a good thing for me to run the webshop in the name of my filippina wife? The webshop is a registered limited company in a European country. Would appreciate your answers!
