Ideas where to live in Batangas?

Hi. New member here. I'm visiting end of July to see my wife's family in Quezon City, and also to spend time in Batangas trying to get a feel for where to live initially when we move out in about a year or so. I'm a Brit currently living in Dubai, and have had more than enough of it here. I need some suggestions of places to investigate please. We are after a modest 2-3 bed house in a subdivision, fairly close to amenities. I was hoping to pay around 15k a month ? Am I being realistic ? Decent internet is important, Oh, and I love watching soccer and cricket, is this going to be easy enough ? Thanks in advance for suggestions. Andy
