US tricare

Plan to retire to the Philippines in 2018 with my philipino wife. I am retired US Navy. My wife and I have a few medical problems and plan to use tricare. Would appreciate any information about tricare including quality of care and pharmacies they use. Will live in Manila or Dugapan Pagasinan. Thank you
