soon to be expat - moving to Cebu City

68 y/o US citizen with a 60 y/o fiance (soon to be wife, as soon as her divorce is finalized - we've been together 4 years), both of us living in Texas now, most of her family lives in Cebu City where she's from originally and we're in constant contact with them. She and I will be wrapping up our obligations in the US over the next couple of years, and will be moving to Cebu City, (Basak Pardo Barangay, most likely) late in 2019. Glad I found this Forum! I'll be spending time browsing through the messages and asking for tips as I set things up.
