Weekend Baguio

Hi,

I live in The Philippines and I am planning to go a few days to Baguio (first time) with my partner (August/September).

We would like to get some information regarding:
1) hotel with a nice pool with bar and decent food
2) places where we can have a good dinner in the evening (either romantic, or good view or good vibe (live band) or ........)
3) what is a good beach nearby Baguio and also easy to get there if you have no car but depend on public transport?
