Health Insurance

Moved here to continue my retirement from FL. What is best for US retirees as far as health insurance goes? I am 71 with no health issues so far, touch wood. I know that Medicare does not extend coverage for citizens who live overseas. Advice from anyone in a similar situation would be appreciated. Thanks!
