Hay everybody, would you all be so kind as to offer advice as I'm going to relocate from Australia to General Santos City.

I have visited a few times now so have spent about 3 weeks there haven't really had the chance to have a good look around for a houses and land will try next R&R.
Ultimately I would love to acquire a house on the beach buuuut ill have to check that out.
