Financing medium-sized Business in DavaO City

Hi to all,

My name is Joy, married and I am from Davao City, Philippines.
I graduated at the University of Southeastern Philippines 2years ago and took Business Administration course.

I am looking for a business partner that could finance my project.
My project is a Foodcart of cold beverage like Pearl milk shake and flavoured shaved ice.
The target markets are students, walk-in, working and non-working individuals. the target sites are near at school and terminals.

i have now a reserved location, located at University of Mindanao Matina-branch. and,

In fact, i have registered the business name a month ago at DTI and i have already gathered the major equipments needed like the cup sealing machine, the blenders and ice crushers and the supplier for raw materials are all set. What hinder me is that my husband is waiting for one of our trucks to be sold so that we could gather sufficient capital.

each foodcart needs atleast P250,000.00 (around $5,000 usd), that would be sufficient enough for a good looking store like Zagu.

the term can either be:
a straight capital loan with 1% per month payable for 1 year (with collateral of certificate of registration of our isuzu truck).
or full financed store with 50/50 monthly profit sharing

i hope somebody from here finds it interesting and get to venture with me.

please feel free to reply/suggest . Thank you po
