A few questions

Hi all, new here :)
I have a few questions:
1. If I have tourist visa, and I have a company in HK, is it legal for me to stay in the PH for like 5-10 years? Don’t I need to pay taxes? Is it legal for me to earn income? I am the owner of the HK company but I do work, it’s not passive incone.
2. Can my HK company hire people from the PH and rent an office in PH? Do I need to pay PH taxes, is it legal?
3. Which are the top 3-5 places that foreigners with businesses live in the PH?
